What did I miss?

Although I tried to be as thorough as possible in my research, it's inevitable that there are things I missed. Because books go into production well before their official release date, many additional studies will have been released after the Hacking Darwin text was finalized. I'd love to hear from you about anything you feel I missed or should know about. The paperback version of Hacking Darwin will come out in 2020 and I'll have an opportunity to update the text before then.
